| Casa Romantica is situated on the first floor of a house
(with exists of two apartments). This apartment is furnished Mallorquin-style
and has a large balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The
living-room and the bedroom (next to the living-room) have there own
entrance to the terrace. These two rooms are separated from the rest
of the house with a door. Therefore you could let the house for a
bigger family (for example the grandparents). Behind this door there
are two more bedrooms, the kitchen (with new oven and refrigerator)
and a bathroom. Playa Rapita is a 2-minute walk. |

| The fishing-village Ses Covetes is on the south-side
of Mallorca, in between Sa Rapita and Colonia Sant Jordi. The distance
to the airport of Palma is 30 miles. |
