| Surrounded by Palms and the sent of fir-trees and the
sea, you will find yourself at a short distance from the Mediterranean.
In the 5000 sq. large yard, you will find three Finca's. These Finca's
are all detached and differ in size. You will find Finca Can Zipi
on the first floor of a house and has a big terrace and a balcony.
The warming of this Finca is with central heating and therefor also
in the colder season comfortable. Through the main-entrance you enter
the living-room (with stove and the /TV with satelite-receiver). You
will find the kitchen behind a wall ( 1 meter high). At the left is
the bathroom with full-tub and the bedroom with balcony. You can see
the Mediterranean from this balcony. With a few steps you can step
in to the swimming-pool. This Finca is not available for families with children. |
