| Dive into the Mediterranean atmosphere of the quiet south

Finca (with a swimmingpool), together with 4 other Fincas you can
spent a vacation with a group of up to 34 people. Every Finca has
central heating, TV-set(with satellite-receiver), 4 to 5 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, 3 balconies/terraces, its own swimmingpool(2 Fincas have
a movable roof over there swimmingpool), partly sea in sight and a
beautiful furnished kitchen. The distance to the "Caribbean"beach,
Es Trenc, is only 1 mile. The wood with pine-trees, near the beach,
invites you to make long walks. Finca Valis Your holiday-dream will come true. The tour through the Finca starts at ground-level. Through the passage, you enter the living(dining)room (with TV(incl. satellite-receiver) and a stove)at the left and at the right-side of the passage lies the kitchen, nice furnished with a toaster, a coffeemachine, a microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. Also on the groundfloor, is 1 bedroom ( with 2 single-beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. At the first-floor, to the left, are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (also with bathtub) and a terrace (with a view up to the isle Cabrera. Avery pleasant feeling. Sitting on this terrace, feeling the warm sea-wind in the evening. At the right-side of the stairs is the last bedroom with its own bathroom "En Suite" (with a heated towel-holder and a hair-drier, etc.) and a terrace as well. The whole Finca is nicely furnished.
