<![CDATA[Casa Playa is the apartment on the groundfloor.
The first floor is the second apartment in the building and only occupied
in July and August. Through the main entrance, you enter the living(dining)room
and the terrace. Through the livingroom, you can also enter the kitchen
(with an electric oven, a gas-ring and the dishwasher). You can also
reach the terrace through the kitchen. At the right of the passage
or 4 bedrooms and the bathroom (with bathtub). There is also a shower
and a lavatory behind the house. Very conveniently situated, when
you come back from a day at the beach (and get rid of the sand). This
is an ideal house if you want to spent your vacation at the beach.
A part of Es Trenc beach, called Playa Rapita, is only 200 meters
away. You can always take turns in spending the day at Playa Pequina
or the biggest part of Es Trenc beach between Ses Covetes and Colonia
Sant Jordi.
